Schedule of Condition

A schedule of condition is a detailed account of the property’s condition which is accompanied with an annotated photographic schedule. This is usually done at the start of a lease to provide evidence of the condition prior to a tenancy commencing to protect the tenant and landlord and ensure they are aware of obligations for repair prior to the start of the lease. If you are thinking of leasing a property please get in touch as we can tailor a schedule and include high-level footage so that you are protected.

Dilapidations

A Dilapidation survey is a survey and report into the condition of a property which are usually undertaken at the towards the end of a tenancy. If this is something which concerns you please get in touch whether you are a landlord or tenant, our team is on hand to help.
